You can simply drop us an email at care@niyomoney.com asking us to deactivate your account. We will be grateful if you can share the reason for deactivating the same and provide us with any feedback.

If you have any SIPs set up, please stop these (Steps)
We cannot deactivate an account that has any active investments, therefore you may have to redeem (withdraw) or transfer these investments to another platform of choice.
If you have moved your external investments to goals, please ask us to remove these investments from your goals and then deactivate the account.
Please note that removal may only be possible if you have not transacted in any of your moved-in folios through us. For any other folios, follow point 2.
