If you have invested in any funds (on a working day) before the cut-off time, then we send your investments for processing to the mutual fund companies on the same day. If you have invested on a non-working day or after the cut-off time, these get sent for processing the next working day. From then, it can take up to 3 to 5 working days for your dashboard to get updated.
- The investment is made via Net banking or UPI: It can take up to 3 working days (after sending the investment for processing) for the mutual fund companies to send us the confirmation with relevant details like units allotted, NAV, etc. As soon as we get such details, we update your dashboard and mark your transaction as executed. Until then we show it as "in progress".
- The investment is made via Auto-debit (NACH or e-mandate): It can take up to 5 working days (after sending the investment for processing) for the mutual fund companies to send us the confirmation with relevant details like units allotted, NAV, etc. As soon as we get such details, we update your dashboard and mark your transaction as executed. Until then we show it as "in progress".
Often, such details get sent to us 1-2 days after the mutual fund companies send you an email/SMS confirmation.
To check the current status of your investment, you can click on "Mutual Funds" (on the home page) > click on the goal > click on the fund > click on the transaction. Here we show you details such as the NAV date, the expected dashboard update date, etc.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are considered non-business days for Mutual Fund Companies
