• Equity Mutual Funds - It takes up to 5 business days for the money to get credited to your bank account. 

  • Debt Mutual Funds - It takes up to 1-3 business days for the money to get credited to your bank account. 

  • Liquid Mutual Funds (a type of Debt Funds) -  It takes up to1-2 business days for the money to get credited to your bank account. 

To check the current status of your redemption, follow these steps:


Home page → Mutual Funds (either from the center of the screen or from the bottom tab) > click on your goal > click on the fund > click on the transaction. Here we show you details such as the NAV date, the date by which you can expect the credit, etc


Note: Saturday and Sunday are always considered non-business days for Mutual Fund Companies. 


Based on the above timelines, if you have still not received the money in your bank account please do the following:


Write to us at care@niyomoney.com.


a) Please share with us the bank statement (registered bank account with the folio) from the date of redemption till the date on which you write to us


b) In case the redemption was made from an imported folio, please also send us the last received mutual fund statement from them (we will cross-check which bank account is linked to it)

Note: As per the latest regulations by SEBI, investor will mandatorily have to confirm the redemption/switch/STP/SWP request by two-factor authentication. 

The authentication needs to be done on a mobile number or email that is registered within the Mutual Fund records.
