The redemption amount comes to the bank account that is linked to the folio. If you have invested in this folio through us from the beginning (the folio falls under our advisory code), then the amount will come to the bank account that is registered with us.
However, if this is an external folio (that you may have moved here), then a different bank account may be linked to it (possibly the one used with the previous broker/platform).
Note: If this redemption is part of portfolio rebalancing, please transfer this amount to the Niyo Money registered bank account before the reinvestment date.
