This can each be downloaded by following these simple steps:

Top Left Menu (3 lines on top) > Reports > Capital Gains Report.
App
Home page → Menu (bottom right) → Mutual Funds → Download Reports → Capital Gains Report.
Note: If you have not invested in Stocks & ETFs, then you will be on the Mutual Funds page by default.
This report can be used for filing ITR. It has all the details about the capital gains that need to be shown in the ITR form.
