Follow these steps from your account:
Website
1. On the top right corner of the Niyo Money dashboard, click the icon with a face made on it (next to the bell icon).
2. Click on "Add Account".
3. Click on "Link Family Account".
4. Enter the registered email id of the person/family member (the one they have used to register on Niyo Money) and select their relationship with you. Once these have been filled, click on "submit request".
App
1. On the home page, click on "Menu"
2. You will see an option called "Linked Accounts" on top, and the option to "Add Account" below that. Click on Add Account.
3. Click on "Link Family Account".
4. Enter the registered email id of the person/family member (the one they have used to register on Niyo Money) and select their relationship with you. Once these have been filled, click on "submit request".
The person whose email you have mentioned will get a request on their account (similar to how a friend request works on Facebook). Once they accept it, you can logout and login once. You will then be able to see a family dashboard.
