You can trade in the equity segment on either Delivery or Intraday basis. You can trade in stocks and ETFs listed on BSE or/and NSE.
If you wish to trade in the stock markets, there are two types of trades you can do:
1. Intraday: When you buy or sell stocks on the same day then it is called Intraday Trading. If you buy shares today you need to square off your position today itself before 3:20 pm or 5Paisa will initiate the auto square off process from 3:20 pm onwards as per the current market price.
2. Delivery: If you buy shares today and sell them after 1 day then it is called Delivery Trading. By selecting the Delivery Option, you can sell your shares any time after 1 year, 5 years, or even more till the time you do not wish to square off your position.
