No, you do not have to take the assessment again. This is only a one-time activity.
However, if you feel your risk profile has changed since the last time you took it, then you can re-check it by taking the assessment again.
To take it again (if you wish to), you can follow these steps:
App - Click on the Menu (bottom right of the home screen) > Risk Profile.
Website - Click on the Top Left Menu (3 lines on the top left) > Check Risk Profile
